Hey there! I’m Sedicah, and I’m the artist and owner behind SP BEAUTY LLC, located in the NYC/Westchester area.

Since childhood, I’ve had a passion for all things beauty. As a freshman in college studying Biology and Behavioral Health, I spent countless hours watching makeup videos and tutorials on YouTube on how to apply makeup. My interest in the makeup world grew, however, I was determined to finish school, and I also went on to obtain my Masters degree in Social Work. All while studying these unique subjects, my love and passion for makeup never left me.

I quickly learned the skills of shade matching, brow sculpting, and contouring. As my desire to perfect these techniques grew, I realized that this transformative process was deeply therapeutic for me. I grew a desire to bring this same therapeutic process into the lives of other women. In 2018, I decided to turn this passion and desire into a business.

My self-taught artistry skills has led me to expansive opportunities such as collaborating with NARS Cosmetics as well as becoming a destination wedding makeup artist. Through sophistication and professionalism, in addition to the stroke of my brush, I am able to cater to the unique beauty needs for women of all shades and ages. My commitment to beauty is embedded in not just how you look, but also how you feel. Through this work, I am honored to be the artist that makes you feel confident and powerful.
